I'M BACK! up until now, i had not updated the content since mid-october. life got really crazy and i didn't want to be making tons of edits while my friend was tidying up code for my site.
in that time i had a kind-of tough manic episode, which really wasn't all that crazy, but i hold myself to the standards of a neurotypical person, so it provoked a lot of inner-work and increased drive to better myself. i've lost almost 20lbs and am eating healthier foods, switched from coffee to tea, doubled my mood stabilizer dosage, chose sobriety, improved my spending habits and learned more healthy coping strategies. december and january were very busy for me with preparation for the holidays followed by the passing of my boyfriend's grandfather and my last grandparent declining after multiple hospitalizations. i feel optimistic about the new year on a personal level and have a renewed sense of confidence in my character and spirit following a rough period.
